Inspired by tiny house living, this lovely By-the-Wind Sailor cabin and comfortably sleeps 4, or 6 cozily! Whether you’re seeking a relaxing retreat or an adventurous tour of the Oregon coast, this lovely place will quickly become your favorite beach getaway! *Inquire about adjacent cabin, with optional add-on suite.* Furry friends welcome for an additional fee of $18/night, per dog. This newly built cabin is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, while enjoying the peace and tranquility only nature can provide with coastal landscaping and common firepit, and additional community amenities. The high lofted ceiling and tranquil colors give you the impression of plenty of space in an otherwise small cabin. Comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace add to the cozy feel. In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare delicious meals and sit down together at the lovely dining nook, which expands for larger parties. PLEASE NOTE: Mini-fridge only while larger version is under repair. Limited freezer space. Enjoy the entertainment system, with a smart TV, featuring Netflix. Wi-Fi is provided to stay in the loop with the latest news and entertainment. As part of the lovely Olivia Beach Camp Cabins, By-the-Wind Sailor also features a private jacuzzi for your enjoyment, and our 'camp' cabin includes a front yard fire pit for roasting s'mores. There's also a BBQ stand for grilling and making for a memorable beach experience! In the mornings, sip your steamy mug of joe from the cabin’s adjoining deck or front porch while listening to the tranquil sounds of waves crashing in the distance. In the evenings, gather with your loved ones in front of the glowing fire pit while roasting marshmallows and sharing laughs and stories of the day's adventures. Plus, the stars are amazing at the beach cabins on clear nights! Additionally, you’ll have access to the community's 24/7 fitness center year round and an outdoor heated pool, open 10am-8pm, Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Beach access is nearby via three routes, and shops and restaurants are located within easy walking distance. Perched at the top of the Olivia Beach community, you’ll have the best of Oregon’s coast right at your doorstep! With three beach access points just minutes from the cabin, you can walk or drive to the stunning oceanfront and begin your next nautical excursion. The tide pools are the best on the central coast, and agates are popular finds on Olivia Beach. Within Lincoln City you’ll discover a wide array of attractions, including Devil’s Lake State Park where you can spend summer days kayaking with local guides, or in the winter months, you can search the beach for glass floats! Families and friends also gather in the area for kite contests and sand castle building. Shop until you drop at the area’s outlet mall, or explore local shops within walking distance of the cabins. For a day trip, visit Newport, offering the hip Nye Beach shopping district, Rogue Brewery and the Oregon Coast Aquarium, just 25 miles away. Next to Nye Beach there’s even a playground with a giant hillside pirate ship slide, a sure treat for the kids! Transportation is limited on the coast, but there are local and county bus lines that connect more broadly. A car is necessary for most, though we love hosting those on biking adventures!
